Nomora was born in Alba, in the heart of the Langhe, in 2024, as a contemporary response to an increasingly felt need: to experience the ritual of wine without alcohol, but without giving up pleasure. Founded by Paolo Repetto, Nomora takes shape from a question: what is the meaning of conviviality today? The company chooses a new path in an iconic territory for Italian enology. Nomora is among the first Italian realities to interpret alcohol-free wine as a premium, cultural and sensory experience, in search of a conscious, curious, and free audience.
Nomora's production method is based on research, experimentation, and deep respect for raw materials. It starts exclusively from high-quality base wines, obtained from organic grapes, processed with the aim of preserving identity and elegance. The dealcoholization process occurs gently, without further invasive interventions or the use of flavors or other ingredients.
