All herbs and spices are grown organically, just like the grain used to produce the alcohol. The craft production in small batches makes the Gin susceptible to slight aromatic variations, due to the seasonality of the botanicals. A particular characteristic that emphasizes its natural and genuine origin. The extraction of aromas is done traditionally, with infusion in pure alcohol and long macerations. Distillation takes place using a copper Pot Still specifically made by Arnold Holstein, which guarantees an excellent final result of finesse and aromatic richness. Attention to detail is also highlighted by the choice of a dark bottle, which conceals the color of the Gin and is enriched by an elegant label.designed in Art Nouveau style.
