The Shed Distillery
The Shed Distillery was born from the desire of P.J. Rogney to build a distillery that is absolutely unique in its kind. For this reason, the project began with the search for a particular place. It had to be a wild and unspoiled spot, in an area of Ireland characterized by a natural and untouched landscape, but also rich in history and ancient traditions. The choice fell on the small village of Drumshanbo, on the banks of Lough Allen and near the foothills of the Iron Mountain peaks. The search for authenticity led P.J. Rogney to focus on a production facility that expressed the best customs of the territory, using five traditional copper Pot Still stills and two column stills, which ensure the production of particularly refined Gin and Whisky.
