The Zinfandel Rosé “Classic” by Beringer is a fresh and light wine, very pleasant. The Zinfandel, known in Italy as Primitivo, is dressed in pink in what is effectively a style born in America: only steel, brief maceration, and aging. On the nose, red fruits, melon, and slight citrus and spicy notes are perceived. On the palate, it is fresh, with great aromaticity, persistence, and dynamism. Try savory pies, like an asparagus quiche
