The Airén “Pampaneo Ecologico” by Bruno Ruiz is a surprising and expressive white wine, produced with maceration on the skins for 2 months in steel vats. It has a dry, fresh and very complex aromatic profile, not easy to understand, with perfumes of aromatic and Mediterranean herbs, sea water and saltiness.
