The Alta Langa Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs "Propagò" by Enrico Serafino is a Piedmontese expression that offers freshness and harmony in every sip. This sparkling wine is made with pure Chardonnay grapes harvested and selected by hand, which after vinification age on the lees for 36 months. The color is pale yellow with a fine and persistent perlage, the aromas released recall white flowers, citrus, acacia honey, and bakery scents. The sip is broad, engaging, mineral, and has a long and balanced finish.
