The 'Cuvée Aurora' by Banfi is a fresh, harmonious, and intense Extra Brut Alta Langa obtained from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Aged for 30 months on the lees and fermented according to the Classic Method, this sparkling wine is truly aromatic, with scents of cedar, hazelnut, and vanilla. Ideal as an aperitif or with a dish of shellfish.
