The Alta Langa "Leonardo" by Principiano is an energetic and vibrant vintage classic method sparkling wine, obtained with the SoloUva method, that is, without exogenous sugars during the tirage phase, and aged for 30 months on the lees in the bottle. It offers a very fresh, taut, sharp, and mineral tasting experience, with great expressiveness.
