Alta Langa Pas Dosè Cuvage 2020

Cuvage’s Alta Langa Riserva Pas Dosé is an elegant Piedmontese sparkling wine. It is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown on the hills of Strevi and Castino in the Alto Monferrato region, in vineyards reaching an altitude of 450 metres. During vinification, it rests for several months in stainless steel, then undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, where it matures for 36 months on its lees. The nose opens with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, with floral hints of broom, spicy undertones and delicate hints of butter. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and enveloping, underpinned by a crisp freshness and a fine, persistent perlage. Perfect paired with tajarin with butter
