The Sparkling Alta Langa Pas Dosé by Rizzi is a classic method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, presenting an elegant golden straw color, marked by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it releases notes of grapefruit and mango, with details of dehydrated apricot and flowers, while on the palate it is full and clear, with excellent freshness and broad minerality.
