The Alta Langa Rosé Brut by Cascina Pastori Colombo is a sparkling wine made from pure Pinot Noir grapes. A resting period of 30 months on the lees enriches its naturally fruity bouquet with more mineral and vegetal notes, with talcum powder and powder as a backdrop. On the palate, it is bold, fresh, and full-bodied, soft and with a pleasant floral finish.
