The "Alzero" by Quintarelli is a red wine resulting from the union of two worlds: the Bordeaux grape varieties meet the tradition of Valpolicella. They are presented by one of the great Italian producers, ‘Bepi’ Quintarelli. The grapes undergo an ‘Amarone treatment’ drying in the fruit drying rooms until December, the wine matures for years between barrels and bottle. The resulting red is iconic: a wide and rich bouquet, with notes of fruit in spirits, fragrant dried flowers, and sweet spices, with hints of truffle on the finish. On the palate, it is a concentration of power and finesse that, intertwining, creates a unique profile. A special wine, capable of surprising now as well as many years from now.
