The Amarone Classico by Domìni Veneti is a red wine that combines structure and body with elegance and refinement. It is born from a drying process of typical red grapes from Valpolicella and a long aging in oak barrels for at least 18 months. Soft, very intense, and with great persistence, it is accompanied by notes of red fruit jelly, sweet spices, hints of cocoa, and tobacco.

The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico from Domini Veneti is a traditional version of this great red wine. Born by chance and only recently, compared to the millennia-old tradition of Valpolicella wines, it has quickly conquered the palate of enthusiasts all over the world.  It is produced with the typical indigenous grape varieties of the area, Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and a small percentage of other red berry grapes from the territory. The extraordinary aromatic richness of the dried grapes and the long aging process allow for the creation of a powerful, warm, smooth, and complex red, with notes of red fruit, jam, and spices.

The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico wine is a specialty of Domini Veneti, made with great care and passion. The result of a long process of selecting the best vineyards from the Negrar Winery, Domini Veneti represents a brand of excellence. The grapes of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella are harvested in a plot located in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica at an altitude ranging from 150 to 450 meters above sea level, with sunny southwest exposure. The vineyards are about 15-25 years old and are cultivated using the traditional Veronese pergola system, on soil composed of silt, clay, and limestone infiltrations. Once the harvest operations are completed, the healthiest bunches are placed in a drying room for a period of natural drying that lasts until December/January. The grapes are then destemmed and undergo slow fermentation at low temperatures, with a skin maceration period of thirty days. The wine matures for 18 months in large oak barrels and completes the aging process with a few months in the bottle before being put on sale

Amarone Domini Veneti is an important wine, with a typically gastronomic vocation. It is perfect to taste with braised red meats, with a stracotto, or with the classic pastissada de caval. It presents itself in the glass with a deep and intense garnet red color. On the nose, it releases a rich array of aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruit, cherries in spirits, jam of small berries, toasted and spiced notes. Dense and
