Valdisole's 'Anarchia' is a soft and elegant macerated white wine produced on the clayey soils of Roero, in Piedmont. Seductive and aromatic notes of citrus fruits and peaches in syrup envelop the palate while the long maceration on the skins sweetens the sip and gives an intense and seductive experience that is nevertheless pleasant to drink. A wine to try with a tomato-based first course or a chicken curry
