"Anforaje" is an aromatic and highly expressive dry white wine made by Jacopo Bianchi, a young and talented producer on the island of Pantelleria with a passion for the land, amphorae and Zibibbo grapes. Vinified in amphorae with indigenous yeasts, it reveals a luminous golden mantle, in which a delicious and pleasantly aromatic bouquet emerges, composed of notes of apricot, citrus peel, honey, Mediterranean herbs, capers and marine lashes. A sharp freshness and a strong saline boost are balanced by an enveloping, sunny and very vitality texture.
