Guido Vada's Arneis 'Ansem' is a white wine vinified in steel which, after a long fermentation and a brief initial maceration on the skins, has good structure and is typical and consistent. The nose reveals ripe yellow fruit and wild flowers, while the palate shows balanced freshness, a soft texture and a dry finish. It pairs well with traditional Piedmontese veal with tuna sauce
