The Arneis from Prunotto comes from the hills of Alba, where the historic winery of Alba, now led by the Antinori family, interprets the most representative native Piedmontese white in a contemporary key. The grapes, harvested in small baskets, undergo a soft pressing and ferment at low temperature in steel, to preserve the purity of the fruit intact. On the nose, it is intense and clear, with aromas of lemon, lime, and elderflower on a base of yellow-fleshed fruit.
