Produced in the areas of Neive and Barbaresco, Bosio's Barbaresco from the Boschi dei Signori line reflects the classic style of the appellation: refined, elegant but with great depth. The nose opens with ripe raspberry, old rose and light sweet spices, while the palate is dry with fine tannins and a long finish. Ideal with game and braised dishes, excellent with hare stew
