Barbaresco Riserva 'Pora' Produttori del Barbaresco 2020

The Barbaresco Riserva “Pora” by Produttori del Barbaresco is a wine of excellent stature, which will satisfy all enthusiasts of great aging reds. This Barbaresco Riserva “Pora” is made from Nebbiolo grapes grown right within the Pora vineyards, located about 300 meters above sea level. The exposure of the vines is towards the south and southwest, and the subsoil is characterized by a clayey and calcareous matrix. The must obtained from pressing the grapes ferments in steel containers at a controlled temperature of 30 degrees, macerating on the skins for 28 days and also undergoing malolactic fermentation. It then continues with the aging, in which the wine remains for 36 months in oak barrels, until it is bottled. Before being released to the market by the Produttori del Barbaresco winery, it undergoes an additional maturation of 6 months in glass.
