The Barbera D'Alba from Barologirl Giulia Negri is a full expression of the rich soils of La Morra, in the Barolo area. The hand-harvested grapes are left to ferment spontaneously in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, and the subsequent aging takes place for 16 months between steel and oak tonneaux. The olfactory evolution between small red fruits and leather leads us to a clean and dry tasting experience.
