The Barolo di Bosio belongs to the Boschi dei Signori range, part of the historic lands of the count who ruled the area. The territory of Verduno allows for the cultivation of grapes with great concentration, and the long maturation in oak rounds out the sip while enhancing depth and structure. On the nose, it offers cherry in spirits, dried violet, and soft spices. On the palate, it is full, dry, with elegant tannins and a broad texture. Perfect with aged cheeses and important traditional dishes, to be tried with Piemontese finanziera.
