The Barolo Riserva “Ginestra” by Cascina Chicco is a great red wine from a prestigious mention of the municipality of Monforte, an area rich in limestone of ancient vocation. After 7 years, the wine is released on the market, rich in aromas such as red fruits in jam, hints of evolution like underbrush and tobacco. On the palate, the balance between the softness of the sip and the roughness of the tannins strikes immediately, very present but well integrated. The sip, warm and of great persistence, is smooth enough to make it versatile for numerous pairings
