The white “Beneficio” is a wine that comes from the La Bollina estate in Serravalle Scrivia, in the province of Alessandria. The property, already belonging to the Marchesi Figari of Genoa, extends in the area of the gentle hills of Alto Monferrato over 120 hectares, of which 28 are dedicated to vineyards. The vines are located within an unspoiled territory, rich in chestnut woods, which guarantee a great environmental biodiversity. The soils are predominantly composed of clay-limestone marls, particularly suited for white grape varieties, which, thanks also to the beautiful sunny and ventilated exposures, produce grapes of excellent quality. At the end of the harvest, the grapes undergo a soft pressing and a brief maceration. This is followed by the fermentation of the must in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
The wine “Beneficio” is a white produced by the La Bollina winery with the desire to create a quality label, capable of enhancing the characteristics of the terroir. In the glass, it presents itself with a straw yellow color with brilliant golden reflections. The bouquet is rich and broad, with floral scents, aromas of citrus, peach, and ripe yellow fruit. The sip is long and full, with dense fruit and beautiful savory notes, leading to a fresh and persistent finish.
