The White ‘Alliance - De la Terre à la Lune’ by Vignoble des 2 Lunes is a coral wine, the product of the work of the Buecher sisters to embody the spirit of Alsace in a bottle. The raw material, in fact, is diversified: Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc, and Sylvaner ‘ally’ and support each other, a complete mosaic of the region. On the nose, the tropical and ripe profile, an expression of a small percentage of botrytized grapes, invites the sip.
