The Grillo 'Il Bambino' by Millami is a fresh and straightforward white, a Marsala wine from young vines. Vinified in steel with 12 hours of skin contact and spontaneous fermentation, it then ages for 9 months on noble lees to gain complexity and depth. On the nose, it is floral and bright, with notes of apple and peach, slight exotic hints and herbaceous nuances reminiscent of tea. On the palate, the sip is taut, fresh and vibrant, with citrus returns and a clean finish that invites the next sip. Ideal with fried fish
