Bianco Sivi by Dario Princic Pinot Grigio is a white wine macerated on the skins and aged for 30 months in french oak casks. Nose complex, notes of candied citrus fruits, ibiscus and spices. Salty mineral on the palate, fresh from the present tannin but never invasive.

The Bianco Sivi by Dario Princic is a territorial portrait of Collio, deep and intense, with high territorial definition. It can be defined as an example of purely artisanal expression, produced in the territory of Oslavia, a hilly area known for great macerated whites, also known as orange wines. Princic is considered one of the landmarks of Collio Friulano, a small winemaker of great talent, known for bringing to light extreme and artisanal interpretations, the result of long contact with the skins.

The grapes used for the production of this white by Dario Princic come from old vineyards of 60 years, planted on marl soils rich in sandstones, cultivated organically and with a low yield per hectare. Fermentation takes place through indigenous yeasts, naturally present on the skins, in open wooden vats, where it is then left in skin maceration for about a week, until it reaches its characteristic amber color. It is aged for about 30 months in large wooden barrels, and bottled without filtration and without or with minimal amounts of

of sulfur.

The maceration and the long aging in wood make the Dario Princic Bianco Sivi a nectar of great structure and complexity. In the glass, it presents a golden color, with shades tending to pink. On the nose, it releases notes of candied fruit and citrus, enriched by aromas of hay and wildflowers, with sensations of beeswax and tree resins. On the palate, it is enveloping and full, with great freshness and drinkability, supported by a fine and delicate tannin and a surprisingly mineral finish. An unusual bottle, of great personality, which presents itself almost like a rosé and encapsulates the true essence of Collio Friulano, interpreted by a great artisan of wine.
