Dario Princic is one of the reference points in the Collio area for the production of very traditional white wines, macerated on the skins. He is a small producer from Oslavia, on the border with Slovenia, who, since 1988, has established himself on the wine scene of the area as a very talented winemaker: a true wine artisan.

Dario Princic owns 7 hectares of vineyards, rooted in calcareous and clayey hillside soil, from which he produces no more than 26,000 bottles per year. This is a small production of high quality, marked by a unique style like no other. The vines are grown organically, with copper and sulphur, without any use of synthetic chemicals, and favouring low yields per hectare. In the cellar, fermentation is carried out spontaneously, strictly in open oak vats, with maceration on the skins for between 10 and 30 days, and final ageing in large casks and steel.

Dario Princic's wines are very territorial expressions of great personality. They are white wines with an unique intense golden or orange colour and a very rich and intense aromatic spectrum, always sharp and flawless, without blemishes. These wines are produced following ancient traditions, are capable of awakening unique primordial sensations, hidden in the soul of each person, and develop positively in the bottle for many years.
