The Ribolla Gialla by Dario Princic is a white wine that macerates in contact with the skins for 35 days and ages for 30 months in large oak barrels. A beautiful interpretation of this indigenous vineyard: mineral, savory, and with fruit jam notes, featuring light hydrocarbon and vegetal hints.

on the skins for over a month. The aging of the liquid takes place for 12 months in large acacia barrels, and it is bottled without undergoing clarification or filtration.

The white Ribolla Gialla presents itself in the glass with its enchanting amber-orange hue. A lysergic and intoxicating nose, boldly revealing notes of toasted almond, oriental spices, apricot, and mineral puffs. A high-definition complexity, never cloying, that invites tasting. Full sip, but it is probably the most subtle and fine wine of Dario, all played on embroideries made of salt and a delicate tannic memory. A regenerating and redefining experience. Unique.
