The Jak by Dario Princic is a white wine macerated on the skins obtained from Friulano grapes from 60-year-old vineyards and aged for 30 months in large barrels. On the nose, there are hints of medicinal herbs, hay, citrus, candied fruit, and ginger. Fresh and savory on the palate, with an unusual delicate tannin and a long finish
