"Bianco Sivi" is an orange wine from Friuli with a straightforward and territorial profile that belongs to the Quinto Quarto line of Franco Terpin. It is a Pinot Grigio in purity that spontaneously ferments with native yeasts and macerates on the skins for 3 days. A rich and layered olfactory spectrum of citrus peel, sweet spices, and resin accompanies a delicious, fresh, mineral sip with a light tannic structure.
