"Upupa Weiss" is a fresh and complex white wine from Appiano made from a blend of Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon, Gewurztraminer, and Riesling. Aged for a few months in tonneaux, it expresses on the nose hints of papaya, mango, aromatic herbs, and citrus, revealing a sip of good intensity and character, pleasantly fresh, mineral, and with a long aromatic persistence
