"Versante Nord" by Eduardo Torres Acosta is a white wine resulting from a deeply territorial blend of indigenous grape varieties from Etna, sourced from 6 different plots located on the northern slope of the volcano, from which this label takes its name. A skin maceration that exudes minerality and infinite complexity, typical traits of the volcanic terroir of origin. It is rich, powerful, and gently tannic on the palate with a young and bold spirit, just like the winemaker who nurtured it in the vineyard and cared for it in cement and barrels.
