The "Bidibi" by Maculan is a white wine made from Tai Bianco and Sauvignon grapes, produced in the Vicenza area, using only steel tanks. On the nose, it surprises with fresh and intense aromas of exotic fruit, peach, and melon with more herbaceous echoes typical of Sauvignon that recall sage and freshly mown grass. The sip is pleasantly fresh and savory, with a fine and pleasantly mineral finish.
