Blanc 'Salvia' Christophe Marin 2021

Christophe Marin's Blanc 'Sage' is a very fresh and well-balanced white wine made from Macabeu, a grape variety of Spanish origin that is widespread in Languedoc-Roussillon. It expresses notes of white-fleshed fruit, acacia flowers and hints of aromatic herbs, while on the palate it's fine, delicate, with a long and persistent finish in which a pleasant mineral vein stands out. A very versatile white wine in pairings, excellent with sushi, grilled fish, vegetarian starters or white meats!
