The “Possessione di Vergombera” by Bruno Verdi is a Bonarda that originates from the pure use of a red grape variety that feels particularly at home in the terroir of Oltrepò Pavese, the Croatina. The bunches, once harvested during the vintage, are taken to the facilities dedicated to winemaking at the Bruno Verdi winery, where they are destemmed; the grapes are pressed, and the obtained must ferments by maceratingon the skins in steel. A refermentation is then carried out, in which the Bonarda undergoes the foam capture, directly in autoclave. The production process then ends with bottling and commercialization.
