The Bordeaux Rouge 'InVinCible' from Chateau Lauduc is an organic red based on one of the principles of Bordeaux viticulture: Merlot. This winery is located in Tresses, in the area north of Bordeaux called 'between the two seas'. On the nose, it is lively, with many hints of red fruit accompanied by notes of lilac. A wine with great gastronomic character: juicy, fresh, with fine and integrated tannins. To be tried with excellent cold cuts or with a succulent ribeye

Chateau Lauduc introduces the Bordeaux Rouge ‘InVinCible’, a label that reflects the sustainable production philosophy of the Grandeau family, who have owned the Château for over 100 years. Indeed, this bottle is part of the winery's organic range, produced without the use of sulfites, in full respect of the expression of the noble Bordeaux territory. This is the approach that brothers Régis and Hervé Grandeau are firmly committed to, leading the family Château since the 1990s.

For the production of the Bordeaux Rouge Chateau Lauduc ‘InVinCible’, pure Merlot grapes from a single plot cultivated under certified organic conditions are used. Following the harvest, the bunches are vinified in red through low-temperature alcoholic fermentation with a limited number of pump-overs, in order to preserve the freshness and fruit of the wine. The malolactic fermentation is carried out spontaneously by indigenous lactic bacteria and the entire process, including a few months of maturation, takes place in stainless steel tanks, without any addition of sulfites.

The Bordeaux Rouge ‘InVinCible’ from Chateau Lauduc shows a dark purple-red color with violet hues. Intense aromas of red and black fruits present themselves to the nose, soon joined by pleasant floral and menthol notes. On the palate, it is soft, fresh and balanced, with a juicy, lively progression and finely tannic structure that rests on a finish reminiscent of irresistible sensations of cherry. Due to its very balanced taste, this Merlot can be paired with a wide range of dishes, such as medium-aged cheeses and cold cuts, white and red meats, or flavorful legume soups.
