The Bourgogne Blanc "Cuvée Saint Vincent" by Vincent Girardin is a white wine from Burgundy made from Chardonnay grapes, aged for 11 months in 500-liter oak barrels, 10% new. It presents a bright straw yellow color and expresses typical aromas of citrus zest, ripe mirabelle plums, and hints of pineapple, with nuances of cream and dried fruit. On the palate, it is rich and refreshing, with good softness and pronounced sapidity.
