Bourgogne Blanc from the French winery Maison En Belles Lies is a lively and generous pure Aligotè with excellent potential and perfect for accompanying aperitifs and shellfish. The grapes are carefully selected by hand and vinified in an artisanal manner, the wine is matured for 14 months on fine lees in steel and a small part in barrique. It presents itself to the glass with an intense straw-yellow mantle with golden hues while the nose enjoys aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, the sip is aromatic and fresh with a slightly balsamic finish
