Domaine Chasselay's Brouilly "Les Baloquets" is an artisanal red wine, a tribute to the authenticity of the Gamay grape variety and of Brouilly, one of the fine areas of Beaujolais. It reveals a lively bouquet of red fruits and flowers, pomegranate and earthiness. These hints of earth, as well as the tannic texture, are a solid base on which this ethereal, fresh and suave, great-drinking wine rests. A fine, juicy expression of still Beaujolais, it proves the perfect companion for meat and cheese meals
