The Cabernet Franc from the Vigneti Le Monde winery is a light red wine from Friuli with an excellent quality-price ratio, perfect for everyday consumption. This label is made with carefully selected grapes of the same name and aged for a few months in steel tanks. The color is intense ruby red with brilliant garnet reflections while the released aromas evoke scents of red-fleshed fruit and herbaceous sensations. The Cabernet Franc from Vigneti Le Monde is a Friulian red that well expresses the characteristics of the grape variety, presenting them in a fresh and immediate way. With about 100 hectares of vineyards located in Prata di Pordenone, Le Monde winery offers a wide range of labels, from both indigenous and international varieties, produced thanks to the most innovative technologies in the sector, with particular attention to the land and the environment, as evidenced by the SQNPI certification (National Integrated Production Quality System) recognized in 2018. The magnificent and modern winery is the ideal place for the processing and resting of the wines, which benefit from a sophisticated and cutting-edge environment.
The Friuli DOC Vigneti Le Monde Cabernet Franc comes from the homonymous variety grown on clay and limestone soils, rich in microelements. The careful crushing phase is followed by a slow alcoholic fermentation in steel, at controlled temperature, lasting 15-20 days, with periodic pump-overs. The subsequent maturation process takes place always in tanks in steel for a few months, before bottling and further resting in the bottle.
Vigneti Le Monde Cabernet Franc expresses an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. Rich and articulated aromas on the nose with hints of red-fleshed fruit alternating with the characteristic herbaceous and balsamic sensations of the grape variety. On the palate, it shows excellent balance between softness and freshness, with a harmonious medium-length finish on sensations consistent with the olfactory development. A red that stands out for its pleasantness and ease of drinking, perfect to enjoy right away paired with tasty platters of cold cuts and cheeses.
