Blanc 'Helan Mountains' from Chateau Changyu Moser XV is a unique white wine, made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes vinified in white. After a manual selection, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks where the wine remains for a few months. A label from China that gives hints of exotic fruit with notes of grapefruit peel and citrus aromas
