The Cabernet Sauvignon by Cecchetto is an intense, energetic, young, and fresh wine, vinified only in steel. It expresses hints of wild and medicinal herbs, sour cherries, balsamic spices, and berries. Consistent on the palate, it is supported by a nice freshness and lively tannins

The Cabernet Sauvignon signed by the winery Giorgio Cecchetto is a red wine with a vinous profile, which during the olfactory examination envelops the nostrils with herbaceous aromas, typical of the varietal used. A bottle that, thanks to a good robustness, a characteristic that is felt during tasting, can easily age for the next 3-4 years, becoming gentler and more delicate. The choice is yours, in either case, it will not disappoint you.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is made from the grapes of the homonymous international varietal, present in Veneto since 1870, and has been widely cultivated throughout the region since then. Giorgio Cecchetto cultivates it in vineyards located near Motta di Livenza, within soils rich in "caranto". The bunches, immediately transferred to the winemaking facilities of the winery after the manual harvest phase, are destemmed, and the best grapes are sent to the pressing phase. The must ferments in stainless steel containers, macerating on the skins for a total of 10 days. It then matures for a few months in steel, until the bottling and marketing procedures begin.

The Cabernet Sauvignon presents itself to the eye with a ruby red color, crossed by some reflections tending more towards purple. The olfactory profile moves on herbaceous notes, from which fruity memories and typically varietal scents, such as bell pepper, also emerge. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with a vibrant and enveloping sip, characterized by a fresh taste, an element that makes the drink decidedly lively. A bottle with which the winery Giorgio Cecchetto tells the story of a varietal widely cultivated within the borders of Veneto, perfect for pairing with red meat and game dishes.
