The "Perdas Longas" from the winery Francesco Cadinu is a pure Cannonau of excellent structure and softness capable of combining power and elegance in a single sip. After a careful selection of the grapes, we move on to winemaking during which only indigenous yeasts are used, concluding with a 14-month aging in chestnut barrels.
