Cava Extra Brut Reserva 40 from Rimarts winery is a sparkling wine from the region of Catalonia with a brilliant golden yellow appearance. The grapes Xarel lo, Macabeu, Parellada, Chardonnay make a pleasantly balanced blend, which is then allowed to mature up to 40 months according to the Classic Method. The sip concentrates aromas of ripe fruit, hints of leivito and toasted notes.
