The Cava Reserve "48 Mesos" is a sparkling wine of character from Catalonia, made from Macabeu, Xarel-lo and Parellada. After 48 months of ageing in the bottle, it expresses notes of pastry, custard, ripe fruit, honey and toasted nuances. On the palate, it is creamy and very elegant, with a nice length and fine bubbles
