The Chablis Reserve by Regnard is a white wine from Burgundy, with beautiful structure and refinement, made from Chardonnay grapes. On the nose, it offers notes of ripe fruit such as Granny Smith apple and apricot. On the palate, it is fine and persistent, fruity, very fresh and juicy

The Chablis Réserve by Régnard is a pure Chardonnay that perfectly expresses the best characteristics of finesse and elegance typical of the terroir. The whites of Chablis are known and appreciated worldwide for their tense and vibrant profile, fresh and mineral, which constitutes their distinctive mark. A northern Chardonnay with an inimitable charm.

The Régnard Chablis Réserve is a wine that originates in the northernmost area of the Burgundy region, in the area that stretches into the Yonne region, towards the city of Auxerre. The Maison Régnard is a historic name in the territory and owns several estates in Burgundy, including one in Chablis. The charm of the wines from this area is intimately linked to the characteristics of the soil. It is an ancient sedimentary basin, originally occupied by the sea, which has slowly filled with sediments. This type of soil is called kimmeridgiano, formed 150 million years ago in the geological era of the Upper Jurassic. It consists of marls gray and deep layers of limestone rich in fossil shells of small oysters, which give the wines a profile of extreme finesse and great minerality. The continental climate, quite cold, allows the Chardonnay a slow maturation with delicate and subtle aromas. It is thanks to this particular combination of soils and climate that some of the most interesting whites in France are born, with characteristics perfectly expressed by the “Réserve Régnard”.

The Réserve Régnard is a Chablis of great expressive purity, born from a careful selection of the best grapes from the Domaine, most of which come from vineyards classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru. The color is bright yellow with golden hues. The bouquet is characterized by floral scents, delicate fruity aromas, and iodized notes. The sip is tense and vertical, dynamic and vibrant, with a salty and mineral finish.
