The Chablis Premier Cru "Fourchaume" from the Louis Latour winery is a pure Chardonnay from Burgundy, perfect for pairing with fish dishes. This label is made using only carefully selected grapes vinified in steel, the wine ages for 8-10 months in steel. The straw yellow color with golden reflections introduces aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit and wild herbs while the palate enjoys a creaminess of great pleasure and taste.
