The Champagne Pommery's Brut 'Apanage' is a highly luxurious 'sans année' sparkling wine, produced by one of the most prominent 'maisons' in Champagne's capital, Reims. Part of the house's gourmet line, designed to accompany refined dishes, this brut offers a fresh, effervescent sip with a pleasantly creamy, full-bodied texture. Intense hints of citrus and pastry notes are evident on the nose. Recommended with scallops gratin or aged comté cheese
