The Première Cuvée is the most important Champagne of the maison Bruno Paillard, obtained from a blend of the three typical grapes of the area, selected from 35 crus of the region. The delicate olfactory profile smells like citrus, white and exotic fruits and pastry notes. The taste is soft and lively, clean and with great charm, animated by a fine-grained perlage and close with a long persistence

Elegance, harmony, balance: here are the three words that the Bruno Paillard winery uses to describe this Champagne Brut Première, Cuvée where Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier come from the various estates of the maison. A label that therefore subjectively interprets the entire French region dedicated to the production of sparkling wines, from which the production style and philosophy that unites all the products signed by Bruno Paillard can be inferred. A reality of great level, where quality and craftsmanship merge to give life to authentic bottles, which offer a sip of personality and character.

The maison Bruno Paillard produces this Brut Première Cuvée using the classic triptych of grape varieties that gives life to Champagne: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. The grapes come from a careful selection that the winery team carries out within 35 different plots of land, creating a mirror of aromas and flavors that are highly representative of the nuances that reign in the owned vineyards. The grapes, after the first fermentation, undergo a second fermentation in the bottle on the lees for at least 36 months, and then, after the disgorgement operations, face a quick refinement, directly in glass.

This Champagne Brut Première Cuvée manifests itself to the eye with a hue reminiscent of straw yellow, crossed by a fine and excellent persistence perlage. The olfactory spectrum announces notes where fruit is the first to manifest, interspersed with nuances of yeast and bread crust. On the palate, it is truly elegant, clean, with a smooth sip, where a pleasant freshness encourages drinking. A bubble with which the aperitif takes on luxurious contours, to start the evening under the banner of the maison Bruno Paillard.
