Champagne "Quinte-Essence" is one of the greatest expression by Franck Pascal: a vintage champagne with high percentage of Pinot Meunier aged for more than 8 years on the lees. Wide and rich at nose, with notes of ripe fruits and brioche, it riveals dynamism, elegance and balance.
